The General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") outline the rights and obligations of Designshop Kft., as the service provider ("Service Provider"), and the Customer ("Customer") using the services of the online store operated under the designshop.hu domain ("designshop.hu"). This document is concluded exclusively in electronic form. The language of the contract is Hungarian.
2.1. Purchases on the designshop.hu online store are made through electronically submitted orders (as specified in Section 4). A valid contract is formed between the Service Provider and the Customer upon submission of the order by the Customer.
2.2. The Customer may modify or cancel the contract without consequences until its fulfillment.
2.3. The order is considered a contract concluded electronically, governed by Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services.
3.1. The designshop.hu online store specializes in creative software for graphic design, video editing, web development, and engineering design.
3.2. All software is personalized, and installation packages (installation media) can be downloaded from the software manufacturer's personalized license account or link for the Customer. The Service Provider does not distribute packaged, boxed software or software written on CD/DVD.
3.3. Software is categorized into two groups based on usage terms:
It is clearly indicated on designshop.hu whether a software is perpetual or subscription-based, and for subscriptions, the subscription period (e.g., 1 year) is specified. Note: Some software is available in both perpetual and subscription models.
3.4. For promotional software, the Service Provider fully informs Customers about the conditions and duration of the promotion.
3.5. Prices on designshop.hu are listed in gross Hungarian Forint (HUF) and Euro including 27% VAT
4.1. Product selection: Software can be listed by manufacturers and categories or accessed via the search field in the page header.
4.2. Product descriptions and prices: Product pages include key software features deemed important by the Service Provider, links to detailed descriptions, and current prices. The Service Provider's customer service is available to answer any questions.
4.3. Adding products to the cart: Software can be added to the cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button next to the price. The cart's current contents are displayed on every page and can be freely modified-Customers can add new software, remove existing items, or change quantities.
4.4. Placing an order: Clicking the "Place Order" button initiates the ordering of the software in the cart.
4.5. Data entry: Registered Customers can log in with their email address and password. New Customers must provide the following information: contact person's name, contact email address, contact phone number, billing address, and password.
4.6. Order summary and submission: Before finalizing the order, a summary page displays the order items, the net and gross amount payable, the Customer's billing address, and the payment method. Customers can add comments to the order. Clicking the "Place Order" button at the bottom of the page records the order in the Service Provider's system.
5.1. The Service Provider confirms the receipt of the Customer's order via email, informing the Customer that the order has been received and accepted.
5.2. The confirmation email includes the order ID, the data provided by the Customer, the order date, the ordered software, the total amount payable, and the proforma invoice (PDF) as an attachment.
5.3. Order confirmation is not automatic. Orders received during business hours are typically confirmed within 1-2 hours, but no later than 24 hours. If the Customer does not receive confirmation within 24 hours, they can contact the Service Provider's customer service or access the proforma invoice related to the pending order in their designshop.hu account.
5.4. If the Customer notices any errors in the confirmation email or proforma invoice, they must promptly notify the Service Provider.
6.1. The Customer must settle the gross purchase price specified in the proforma invoice attached to the order confirmation within 5 business days via bank transfer to the Service Provider's bank account.
6.2. Orders are fulfilled exclusively after the Customer settles the proforma invoice attached to the order confirmation email.
6.3. The Customer acknowledges that the prices listed on designshop.hu may differ from the prices at the time of delivery due to manufacturer price changes, exchange rate fluctuations, input errors, or other external factors. In such cases, the Service Provider will contact the Customer by phone before confirming the order, and the Customer can decide whether to proceed with or cancel the order based on the new information.
7.1. Upon receipt of the purchase price, the Service Provider begins the process of issuing software licenses and/or creating the Customer's software account.
7.2. The Customer receives the information needed to access the ordered software and download the installation package (installation media) via the email address used for the order (unless otherwise specified), and the order is considered fulfilled.
7.3. The Service Provider sends the invoice, based on the proforma invoice, to the Customer via email on the day the bank transfer is received, and it becomes available in the Customer's designshop.hu account. The invoice is not electronic (e-invoice), is in Adobe Acrobat PDF format, and can be freely printed by the Customer.
8.1. The Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal via email between placing the order (contract formation) and its fulfillment. If the bank transfer has already been made, the Service Provider must refund the full amount to the Customer's bank account within 10 days.
8.2. The Customer is not entitled to withdraw after the order is fulfilled, as personalized software licenses are non-pre-manufactured products explicitly tailored to the Customer's request.
9.1. The Service Provider handles the Customer's data-required for order fulfillment-confidentially through a password-protected and encrypted system.
9.2. The Customer may request information about the processing of their data, request modification, or deletion of their data via email or phone to our customer service.

10.1. In case of an incorrect order by the Customer (e.g., wrong platform) or delivery of item(s) different from the order, the Service Provider provides a free exchange.
10.2. The Service Provider's customer service assists with downloading the purchased software license installation package from the Customer's account, registration, and software installation.
10.3. For questions regarding the operation or functionality of the distributed software, the respective manufacturer's customer service or product support is responsible.
11.1. All textual information and images on the designshop.hu website, as well as the structure and implementation of its functions, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Service Provider. Their use, processing, or copying without the written consent of the rights holder constitutes a violation of copyright.
12.1. Matters not regulated in this Contract and its interpretation are governed by Hungarian law, particularly Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code ("Civil Code") and the relevant provisions of Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services.
12.2. The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend this document at any time.
