(hereinafter: "Service Provider") processes the personal data of registered users (hereinafter: "Customers") and anonymous statistical data generated by visitors to the online store available at the designshop.hu domain (hereinafter: "designshop.hu") in connection with its online sales activities.

By checking the appropriate box during registration/order placement, the Customer consents to the processing of their voluntarily provided personal data.
During registration, the Customer can indicate by checking a box whether they wish to receive notifications about promotions/new products via newsletter. The Customer can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time through their designshop.hu account or by indicating their intent to unsubscribe (Note: We currently do not send newsletters to subscribed Customers, but we plan to do so in the future).
"Password" - By storing the data provided during registration, we can offer a more convenient service, as the Customer does not need to re-enter their data for subsequent purchases.

4. Data Transfer
The contracted wholesale partner of designshop.hu, as a Data Processor, assists in fulfilling orders, issuing personalized software licenses, and providing software installation package downloads. Transferred data: billing address, contact person's name, email address.

5. Customer Rights
Information can be requested about the processing of personal data. The Service Provider will provide information via email within 5 days of the request, detailing the processed data, the purpose, legal basis, and duration of processing, as well as - if data transfer occurred - who received the data and for what purpose.
The Customer can freely modify their data after logging into their designshop.hu account using their email address and password or request data modification from the Service Provider. The Service Provider will comply with the request within 5 days at the latest.
The Customer can request the deletion of their data from the Service Provider's system, and the Service Provider will comply within 5 days at the latest, deleting the Customer's designshop.hu account along with all processed data.
6. Legal Remedies
If the Customer believes the Service Provider has violated any legal provisions regarding data processing, they may initiate an investigation procedure with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) or pursue their claim in civil court.
