1. Products, Services

The designshop.hu webshop specializes in professional creative software (image editing, animation, video, web development, CAD/CAM/CAE). Software is delivered electronically in the form of named licenses. Installation packages (ESDs) can be downloaded from the software manufacturer's customer account or via a link.

Software is divided into two categories based on usage terms:

• Perpetual license: A one-time payment grants unlimited use of a specific software version. Optional upgrades to higher versions incur additional costs.
• Subscription (rental) model: The software can be used for a specified period (e.g., 1 year), after which the subscription can be optionally extended. New versions released during the subscription period are included free of charge.

2. Ordering Process

Product Selection: Software can be browsed by software houses and categories or found using the search field. Product pages include key software features, links to detailed descriptions, and current prices. Prices on designshop.hu are listed in gross Hungarian Forint (HUF), including 27% VAT.

Adding to Cart: Software can be added to the cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button next to the price. The cart's contents are displayed on every product page and can be freely modified-new software can be added, existing items removed, or quantities adjusted.

Placing an Order: Clicking the "Place Order" button initiates the ordering process for items in the cart. Note: A quote can also be requested using the "Request Quote" button.

Providing Details: Registered customers can log in with their email and password. New customers need to provide: contact person's name, contact email, contact phone number, billing address, password, and newsletter subscription preference.

3. Order Confirmation

The confirmation email includes the order's unique identifier, ordered software, total amount due, and the proforma invoice (PDF) as an attachment.

Order confirmations are not automatic. Orders received during business hours are typically confirmed within 1-2 hours, but no later than 24 hours. If the confirmation email does not arrive within 24 hours, please contact customer service.

4. Payment Terms

The amount specified in the proforma invoice must be paid via bank transfer within 5 business days. Order fulfillment occurs only after the proforma invoice is settled.

Prices listed on designshop.hu may rarely differ at the time of delivery due to manufacturer price changes, exchange rate fluctuations, input errors, or other external factors. In such cases, we will notify you before confirming the order, and you can decide to proceed or cancel.

5. Order Fulfillment

Information required to access the ordered software and download the installation package is sent to the email address used for the order (unless otherwise requested), either directly from the software manufacturer(s) or designshop.hu, within the timeframe specified in the confirmation (typically 1-2 business days).

The final invoice, based on the proforma invoice, is sent via email on the day the bank transfer is received and is also made available in the designshop.hu account.

6. Warranty, Support

In case of an incorrect order (e.g., wrong platform) or delivery of items different from the order, we arrange a free exchange with the manufacturer.

We provide support for downloading the purchased software license(s) installation package, registration, and software installation.

Questions regarding software functionality and features should be directed to the respective manufacturer's customer service or product support.

7. Copyright

All textual information and images on the designshop.hu website, as well as the site's structure and functionality, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Service Provider. Use, processing, or copying of these without the copyright holder's written consent constitutes a violation of copyright.
