Only one V-Ray subscription is needed, regardless of which 3D application you use. The V-Ray Solo, Premium, and Enterprise subscriptions all include integrations for: 3ds Max, SketchUp, Maya, Rhino, Revit, Unreal, Cinema 4D, Houdini, Nuke, Blender.
All three subscriptions include the V-Ray renderer for all 3D applications. V-Ray Solo allows installation on one machine, while Premium and Enterprise offer floating licenses, meaning they can be installed on unlimited machines, but the number of licenses limits concurrent use. The V-Ray Enterprise package is more cost-effective but requires a minimum of 5 subscriptions.
